For the broadcast "BioGraffiti" at the radio station "crosschannel" I did give an interview. Sorry for my hoarse voice (and that it is in German language)... Here we go!

Visit in Uganda as compassion ambassador - August 2010

I did promise to report in detail. I will do that through a video. It's in work at the moment. Additionally a professional cameraman was part of the trip to Uganda. In his company they are working on a promo at the same time, that will hopefully support my commitment as a Compassion-Embassador.

As a foretaste some pics I did make:

I did visit several families at home. Following you can see two families. They are treated through a mother-programm (CSP) of Compassion. The third pic shows the house in the background.

I was in different projects of Compassion. Afterwards there are pictures of some sponsored kids, that get aid and development through the sponsorship.

9 days of cruise including the places Koper, Ithaka, Kanal von Korinth, Athen, Patmos, Split and Venedig have past. The CVJM Bayern did book me to be part of it. Now I'm back from this event affected by many impressions.

A little bit drained from the service before in Uganda (I will report later in detail) the air con of the ship did affect my voice. My working time in the Mediterranean Sea was filled with shows, devotion, sports program, workshops and courses and affected by a lot of personal exchange. So my voice had to do it's best anyway. Like all events I want to question this service as well for me personally.
Conclusion: It was worthwhile. It did lead to many encounters and touching conversations with wonderful men - infinitely loved by God. Some are in extremely difficult situations. Be sure: HE knows - HE cares. God acted and continues to act. Some did use the days for a recommencement. I remain in thankful astonishment.

Wonderful people - June 2010

I am blessed to meet many wonderful people. No more than 2 days ago a person came to my show at a festival with a very tight schedule for build-up and dismounting. He did know me from a different show and did hear, that I am in his living area. He wanted to check if maybe help is needed. And yes - he was a perfect help. The stage should be completely empty in 30 minutes (all props, 18 mounted MovingHeads, traverse system, fogger, Parlights, many meters of cable, and so on and on). Very much to do! And therefor he left a lot undone work at home and did even pay access.
Wow! I remain with amazement for these helpful brothers and sisters whom I am allowed to meet sometimes. Thanks! Thank you very much for all background work and support. Thanks for you love and humbleness. God bless you!

Cruciate ligament tear - February 2010

Now it did take me by surprise! Ouch!! Now there is a lot going on here because of this injury and plenty Chaos-Emergency-Organisation with the hosts. I try to be fit as fast as possible and keep the failures minimal.
In addition to that I did have to recognize: Such a failure is naturally not easy to care (for hosts really extremly hard, but also for the self-dependent artist - the costs keep proceed...).
